First had modem problems and replaced it, then the camera (I-45) stopped sending pics. Was in a good cell area, however this technology is very unpredictable and does not work as promised. The monthly fees that they charge will cover the cellular coverage, as well as the access to their game management website, where you will be able to access your photos. It is nice that they allow your service to be put into a dormant state where you pay a lesser fee during the off-season should you choose to do so. Good info.
